The key to capturing product requests is to share your request form in as many places as possible. Giving your customers (and potential customers) the opportunity to engage with the form on multiple platforms and at various stages of their journey increases the likelihood they will make a request.
Grab Your Request Form Links
- Find the links for your request form in your dashboard under “Forms”. Choose “Links” from the left side menu to create form links with a QR code. Generate unique QR codes in your dashboard to differentiate engagement with each touchpoint.

- Capture requests in your brick-and-mortar store, at in-person engagements, or in direct-to-consumer shipments with QR codes. Place your QR code request form on signage, postcards, or even on your packaging to capture requests wherever customers engage with your products.
