How To Sell Effectively with Data

You are starting to receive requests for your brand through WeStock— nice work!

Now put those requests to work for your brand and utilize these practices for using WeStock data with retail buyers.

Once you hit a request threshold (see table below) and you’re ready to reach out to a retail buyer; it’s important to be specific about :
  • How many requests have been made at the retailer.
  • Which stores/retailers your customers have requested.

Request Targets

Type of Store # Of Requests
Big Box National Retailers 40+
Medium Size Chains 25+
Small Chain Retailers 15+
Independents & Natural Grocers 5+

Remember that this is data that most buyers don’t see on a daily basis, so they will be impressed to see which stores customers want to see your product in. You want to avoid soft metrics like social media stats, and follower counts during a presentation. Instead, you can integrate your WeStock data into the pitch to show how much consumer demand you have for your product.
