Why was my receipt rejected?


  • Campaigns are based on availability, dates and guidelines set by the brands themselves. WeStock strictly adheres to these parameters set by the brands while conducting the rebate program on their behalf.
  • WeStock will honour the same credit card up to two times. The third purchase will be rejected and flagged within the database and will not be reimbursed further.
  • View the reason specified in the receipt rejection email for more information. Common reasons for rejection include:
    • An ineligible product was purchased.
    • The product was not purchased in-store at a participating retailer.
  • Make sure the text on the receipt is straight, legible, in good lighting, and includes store name, address, and products purchased.
