How To Access Feedback Responses
To set up your feedback forms, follow our
Capture Customer Feedback
guide.
Now that you’ve shared feedback forms with your audience, you can read and reply to their comments/questions in your dashboard.
Note :
In order to reply to comments,
please ensure you are logged in to your customer support email account
in your default web-mail app.
Manage your feedback form responses :
Steps :
- From your dashboard, click the “Data” tab (Formerly “Reports”).
- Select “Feedback Data” from the menu on the left.
- Find the form you want to view responses for and click the “Select” button under “Select Form” on the right.
- Under “Feedback Data”, you will find feedback responses:
- Completed :
- If “Not Completed”, no action has been taken on the feedback. If “Completed”, the feedback has been replied to or marked “complete”.
- ID :
- The unique identifier for the feedback response.
- First Name :
- The first name of the respondent.
- Last Name :
- The last name of the respondent.
- Email :
- The respondent’s email address.
- Time Stamp:
- The date and time the feedback was submitted.
Steps to respond to comments from customers on the form :
Note : Please ensure you are logged in to your customer support email account in your default web-mail app.
Click the “Reply” button and your default mail app will open, and you can reply to your customer's comment.
- Complete: Click “Complete” to signal to other dashboard users that the comment has been reviewed and/or replied to.
- Delete: To permanently delete a feedback response, click “Delete”. Once deleted, responses cannot be retrieved.
- Download : To download your feedback responses as a .CSV to share with your team, click the “Download” button above the feedback responses.
