Incentivize Requests : Run A Giveaway!
🥇 Encourage your audience to submit a request by running a product giveaway. It’s a fun way to engage your customers and give them a chance to win some of your products, all while you gain insight into their favorite stores.

Steps:
1. Choose Your Dates + Prize :
Determine the start and end dates your team will run the giveaway, and the giveaway prize.
2. Create custom request form links :
In your dashboard, create unique request form link(s) for each platform you will share the giveaway on. These links will track the campaign using the Source and Medium UTM parameters.
- Use the Source parameter to track where the giveaway entry came from (examples: email, instagram, facebook)
- Use the Medium parameter to track what type of traffic the customer originated from (example: giveaway)
3. Alert our Customer Success Team :
Send the following information to WeStock’s Customer Success team:
1) The start and end dates of the giveaway.
2) Your giveaway link(s).
3) The number of winners you plan to award.
WeStock will choose a winner by randomly selecting an email address for a customer who used this specific link during the giveaway period.
4. Market the links to your audience :
Share your links across your social and email channels for maximum engagement.
If the campaign is running longer than a few days, send the occasional reminder to encourage your followers and subscribers to request their favorite store.
5. Get your randomly-selected winner from WeStock :
At the end of the giveaway period, WeStock will send you the email address of the winner, or multiple email addresses if you are awarding more than one winner. If your giveaway ends on a weekend or holiday, we’ll send you the winner on the next business day.
6. Alert your lucky winner :
Contact the winner via email to get their shipping information, and ship the prize products or send them a gift card to your online store.
7. Review Your Data :
Review your data to identify your most requested retailers and products to incorporate in your sales strategy.
8. Share Your Data :
If you’re on our Growth tier or above, reach out to your Customer Success Manager for any retailer reports you need to support your sales team in opening new accounts or expanding in their stores with new SKUs.
