Your “Requests By Store” Report

In your dashboard, click the “Data” tab at the top of the page (formerly “Reports”) and select “Requests By Store” from the left side menu. Here you’ll find store-level data:

From here, you can slice-and-dice the data to see which banners are getting the most requests and the Zip codes where customers want to find your products to determine which retailers and geographies to reach out to.

Below are some request thresholds where other WeStock brands have seen success. Keep these numbers in mind as you plan which retailers to reach out to:

Type of Store Recommended # of Requests
Big Box National Retailers 40+
Medium Size Chains 25+
Small Chains 15+
Independents & Natural Grocers 5+

You can also use these recommended numbers of requests when creating alerts to help you keep track of requests at your goal retailers and regions.

Seeing requests for stores you’re already stocked in, or for stores that aren’t a priority yet? These requests are still quite valuable, and we’ll show you how to leverage them in the Open Accounts & Increase Velocity guide.

Your “Requests By State” Report

Scouting out where to grow your brand next? Check out your “Requests By State” report in the “Data” tab (formerly “Reports”) to get a bird’s eye view of where your customers are located. Here you’ll see a heatmap of where you’re receiving the most requests.

Click on a state in the map to view to filter the report to only show stores requested in that state. Select multiple states to get a picture of your demand in a region.

Download this page as a .csv to share with your sales team by clicking “Create Report” on the top right of the body of the “Requests By State” page.

Are you seeing demand in an unexpected region? Consider prioritizing this area where customers are demonstrating a clear desire to shop for your products.
