Create Tracking Links For Rebate Offers

1) In your dashboard, select the Rebates tab on the left side menu.

2) Select the campaign you want to create a link for.

3) Scroll to the Tracking links section and click the "+Create link" button.

4) Fill out the form:

  • Title: Name the link. This is an internal title to help you identify the unique link.
    • Example format ["Offer Name" - "Platform where the link will be shared"]
  • Active: Activates + deactivates the link.
    • When active, a user will be able to click on the link and sign up for the offer as long as the offer itself is active.
    • When the link is deactivated, when a user clicks on the link, the message "Inactive link." will be displayed.
  • Add UTMs to track web traffic in analytics tools: Enables UTM parameters for tracking analytics.
    • Toggle ON to add the following parameters:
      • Source (*required)
      • Medium (*required)
      • Campaign
      • Term
      • Content

  • Generate a QR Code to share anywhere people can scan it
    • Toggle ON to create a customizable QR. Note: the QR code displayed on the menu is a style preview and is NOT an active QR.
      • Image URL: To add an image to the center of the QR, enter the image URL
      • Dots color: Add the RGB, HSL, or HEX color code to customize the color
        • Use the arrows next to the field label to change the color code type

      • Dots type: Change the style of the QR code

5) Click "Save" to preserve changes.

6) Now under the Tracking links section, you'll find your link and/or QR code that can be shared with your audience.

  • To ensure the link analytics track properly, use the link URL as written on this page when sharing, NOT the URL of the webpage the link opens.
  • To download the QR code as a .png, scroll to the right and click the three dots [...] to open up the menu.
    • Click Download QR.

7) Share the link and QR code with your audience.

8) As customers engage with the link and QR code, you'll see a weekly activity sparkline to track engagement, clicks, and conversions.
